About the role
The Manager, Strategic Finance will own monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and decision support for The Battery Network, partnering with business leaders and the Board. This remote role also manages and develops a direct report while improving financial models, processes, and reporting tools.
What you’ll do

Build financial models, forecasts, reporting packages, and business cases
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
5-8 years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or equity research, including 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience using AI tools for analysis
Knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and multi-entity reporting
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP, and Power BI or similar BI tools
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, with or without sponsorship
