About the role
Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across a multi-unit, multi-state organization. The role advises field and corporate leaders on employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational change in a fast-paced fitness environment.
What you’ll do
Align people strategies with business objectives
Advise field and corporate leaders on employee relations, talent management, compliance, and workforce effectiveness
Support leaders at all levels to drive performance and engagement
Facilitate leadership development and guide change initiatives
Translate business goals into actionable people strategies
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP role
Experience in multi-unit, multi-state organizations, preferably retail, hospitality, or fitness
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
