4+ years in technical program management, project management, or product ownership in software engineering/development teams
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and Jira/Confluence best practices
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, ECS, and Terraform
Experience with observability, alerting, and incident response tooling such as Datadog, New Relic, and PagerDuty
High attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability
Collaborative mindset with a passion for empowering engineers and reducing toil
