What you’ll do
Enhance, integrate, and maintain enterprise applications supporting customer service and contact center operations
Provide technical leadership across architecture and enterprise technology teams
Review and understand technical design and architecture artifacts
Collaborate with architects, engineers, operations teams, security professionals, project managers, and external providers
Identify and manage technology risks
Develop expertise with contact center telephony systems and NiCE CXone
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
7+ years as IT Engineer, Software Engineer, Application Engineer, Architect, or similar
Experience developing applications with Java and .NET
Experience with cloud environments, Microsoft Azure or AWS
Understanding of legacy and modern computing architectures; strong application-development and systems-integration knowledge
U.S. Citizens Only or Green Card holders; no visa sponsorship
