About the role

What you’ll do

• Analyze HR business needs and support delivery of technology solutions
• Partner with business and technology teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle
• Document business and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Support testing activities including test cases, defect management, SIT, and UAT
• Perform data analysis and validation
• Collaborate across business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and engineers

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-4 years of professional experience in technology analysis, business systems analysis, HR technology, data analysis, or software delivery
• Foundational understanding of business and systems analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, integrations, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies
• Experience or familiarity with testing methodologies, test cases, defect management, SIT, and UAT
• Understanding of HR and payroll processes and data
• Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, reporting tools, and enterprise integration concepts
