About the role
GHX is hiring an Executive Director of Product Management to own the Supply Resiliency Platform, leading product strategy, commercialization, and go-to-market execution across healthcare supply chain workflows. The role requires deep healthcare product management experience and a track record of launching AI-enabled capabilities and innovative pricing models.
What you’ll do
Own development and commercialization of the Supply Resiliency Platform
Lead pilot execution and early-access customer engagements
Define product requirements and roadmap
Develop pricing and packaging models
Align cross-functional go-to-market strategy through general availability
Drive customer adoption of emerging AI-enabled technologies
What you’ll need
Minimum 10 years of Product Management experience
5+ years of healthcare software product management experience
3+ years of people management experience
Experience designing structured pilot programs or forward-deployed engineering models
Experience developing usage-based, outcome-based, or hybrid commercial pricing models
Experience launching or commercializing agentic AI or AI-enabled product capabilities
