What you’ll do

Troubleshoot APIs, data flows, and application logs
Monitor and maintain system interfaces
Drive technical projects to completion
What you’ll need
3-5 years of experience in restaurant technology, POS, or IT systems support
Strong understanding of integrated and distributed systems
Hands-on experience troubleshooting APIs and data flows
Solid knowledge of networking, LANs, VLANs, databases, and operating systems
Ability to independently troubleshoot and drive projects to completion
Oracle Simphony or Micros RES 3700 experience preferred
