What you’ll do
Own administration, compliance, and execution of health, welfare, and 401(k) plans
Lead annual open enrollment from strategy through post-enrollment execution
Manage vendors and regulatory requirements
Handle plan reporting and invoice reconciliation
Conduct employee benefits communications and education
Lead plan implementations, carrier transitions, and process improvements
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of progressive experience administering employee benefits programs
Experience leading annual benefits open enrollment
Hands-on compliance experience with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and 401(k) plans
Experience with HRIS and benefits administration software
Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
