What you’ll do
Manage accounting for multiple construction projects
Prepare job costing and project financial reports
Process AIA progress billings and subcontractor payments
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
Manage project accounting from setup through closeout
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
What you’ll need
Minimum 5 years of construction accounting experience
Hands-on experience with Sage 100 Contractor required
Experience with AIA G702/G703 billing forms and schedule of values
Familiarity with California prevailing wage requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Procore or similar software
