About the role
Sensata Technologies seeks a Lead Product Manager to own AI products for operations, starting with Supply Chain and expanding to Procurement, Quality, and Engineering. The role translates operational pain points into product requirements, manages roadmaps, and scales solutions from pilot to production while tracking adoption and business value.

What you’ll need
7+ years in product management, digital/AI product or operations roles, including 3+ years owning data, analytics or AI products
Hands-on operations background in supply chain, inventory, S&OP, procurement or manufacturing
Strong product discovery skills: workflow mapping, user research, and requirements
Working knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle), planning systems, and operational data
Technical depth in GenAI, ML, optimization, and agents
Experience with Agile delivery and backlog tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
