About the role
10X Health System seeks a hands-on Solution Architect to own the technology roadmap and transform ambiguous business needs into precise specifications, validating designs with working reference implementations. What you’ll do
Translate ambiguous business intent into precise technical specifications
Own the technology roadmap and architecture across multiple products and initiatives
Prototype, code, and ship working software to validate architectural designs
Design scalable web, cloud, mobile, and integration architectures
Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices while maintaining security and HIPAA compliance
Design and ship AI product features end to end, including evaluations and guardrails
What you’ll need
12+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on architectural work
Proven record of taking initiatives from concept to production with personally built foundational implementations
Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and scalable architecture
Experience architecting and shipping production mobile applications alongside web and backend systems
Experience writing detailed technical specifications and driving spec-first development
Hands-on experience building production AI/LLM features and using AI coding agents
