What you’ll do
Support datacenter service delivery and operational business management
Lead regional efficiency and cost analysis initiatives
Manage vendor and supplier assurance programs
Collaborate across operations, finance, procurement, sourcing, and engineering
Drive measurable operational improvements
Oversee scorecards, governance rhythms, and business reviews
What you’ll need
3+ years supporting IT equipment or server/network deployment in large-scale environments, or equivalent experience
8+ years in critical environment or physical IT infrastructure with a relevant degree, or 10+ years without, or equivalent experience
5+ years developing tools with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Dynamics
5+ years providing business support in a 24x7x365 production environment
6+ years of finance, planning, or analysis work experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
