About the role

What you’ll do

• Define and scale global Services Partner ecosystem strategy and program framework
• Design partner tracks, capabilities, governance, and success measures
• Lead cross-functional execution from strategy through launch
• Align stakeholders across Partnerships, Professional Services, Customer Success, Enablement, Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal
• Manage program structure, partner segmentation, value proposition, tiers, requirements, benefits, lifecycle journeys, and governance

What you’ll need

• 10+ years in partner programs, channel or ecosystem strategy, alliances, professional services, business operations, or go-to-market within enterprise SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, identity, or similar technology
• Proven experience building or significantly redesigning a services partner program from strategy through launch and operations
• Deep experience with Services Partners such as systems integrators, consulting firms, implementation partners, advisory firms, or managed service providers
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional program launches on tight timelines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, Operations, Technology, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
