About the role
ALO seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product discovery experience across its online shop, leading the roadmap and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve discovery quality, conversion, and customer confidence.
What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end product discovery experience across home, search, browse, product pages, and add-to-cart
Lead the Shop roadmap and success metrics
Partner with Engineering, Design, Site Merchandising, Marketing, and vendors
Improve discovery quality, conversion, and customer confidence
Run structured A/B tests to validate hypotheses
Present findings and strategy to senior leadership
What you’ll need
6+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership of product discovery surfaces
Proven track record in retail e-commerce
Experience unifying digital and physical retail discovery
Hands-on experience with Shopify storefront and content architecture
Strong quantitative instincts with structured A/B testing experience
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical partners
