What you’ll do
Own go-to-market product expertise and technical enablement for Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers
Develop onboarding, certification, release-readiness, and learning programs
Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams on product launches and readiness
Create playbooks, hands-on labs, and demo certification programs
Execute value selling methodologies within technical presales and customer success workflows
What you’ll need
5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, TAM, or technical/product enablement in B2B SaaS
Deep product aptitude with ability to articulate complex technical workflows
Proven track record partnering with Product and Product Marketing teams
Direct experience implementing or building curriculum in a modern LMS
Strong instructional design and writing skills
Hands-on experience with restaurant technology or multi-unit hospitality operations
