About the role

What you’ll do
Drive sales change initiatives across the global Account Executive organization
Deliver AE enablement and onboarding programs
Develop and run best-practice programs for sellers
Embed AI tools into the seller workflow
Coach sellers on AI/ML, developer infrastructure, and enterprise sales
Track and act on metrics to prove impact
What you’ll need
8+ years including significant time as a quota-carrying Account Executive selling to enterprise buyers
Working fluency in AI/ML or developer infrastructure
Proven ability to drive change and act on metrics
Strong content development and live facilitation skills
Hands-on experience building AI agents or apps via prompting, no-code/low-code, or code
Prior ownership of onboarding, ramp, or enablement programs; AMER-based and willing to travel ~15–20%
