About the role
Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Product Owner for a confidential global financial institution to lead the strategic roadmap and post-trade transformation for FICC Middle & Back Office platforms. The role focuses on modernizing post-trade workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliant, scalable processing across FICC businesses.
What you’ll do
Define and execute the strategic product roadmap for Middle & Back Office platforms supporting FICC businesses
Lead post-trade transformation initiatives across business, operations, technology, risk, and control teams
Modernize platforms to improve efficiency and support compliant, scalable processing
Manage strategic product backlogs within an Agile product organization
Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology organizations
Ensure alignment with front-to-back architecture and target operating model redesign
What you’ll need
10+ years of capital markets experience with significant focus on FICC products and post-trade operations
Deep expertise across Fixed Income, Repo, FX, Rates, Credit, and Derivatives processing
Proven experience leading large-scale middle office, back office, or post-trade transformation programs
Experience working within Agile product organizations and managing strategic product roadmaps and backlogs
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology organizations
Experience with platform modernization, workflow automation, data initiatives, and vendor integrations
