About the role
The ACH Program Manager will own and scale the ACH program at First American Trust, serving as subject-matter expert and leading governance, risk control, automation, and system implementation.
What you’ll do
Own and scale the ACH program as subject-matter expert
Lead program governance and risk/control oversight
Drive process automation and system implementation
Develop staff and coordinate across internal teams and external providers
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and control documentation
Support management reporting and audit/examination evidence
What you’ll need
7+ years of progressively responsible ACH, electronic payments, deposit operations, or related financial-services experience
At least 3 years in leadership, program-management, or supervisory capacity
Deep working knowledge of the Nacha Operating Rules and ACH participant responsibilities
Experience with ACH origination risk, Originator/Third-Party Sender due diligence, and fraud controls
Experience developing policies, procedures, training materials, and management reporting
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field and AAP credential or ability to obtain within 12 months
