5+ years in capital markets, bank coverage, capital formation, project finance, or structured finance
Experience at a commercial or investment bank or institutional investor
Experience supporting capital raising or managing bank counterparty relationships
Exposure to tax equity, transferable tax credits, or structured products
FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 required or willingness to obtain
