6+ months of outbound SDR, BDR, or similar prospecting experience
Cold calling as a meaningful part of prior role
Experience working toward prospecting, meeting, or pipeline targets
Experience with a CRM and sales engagement tools
Coachable, consistent, conversational, and ownership-driven
HubSpot experience is a plus
