About the role
WuXi AppTec seeks a Portfolio Manager to manage key client accounts and oversee drug discovery project portfolios, coordinating workflows, resources, and cross-team collaboration to drive strategic outcomes and business growth.
What you’ll do
Manage key accounts and oversee portfolios of drug discovery projects and programs
Coordinate client relationships and program workflows
Allocate resources effectively across projects
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure strategic alignment
Facilitate collaboration across teams to support business growth
What you’ll need
Minimum of 8 years experience with a Bachelor's degree, 6 with a Master's, or PhD with 3 years
Proven experience in drug discovery projects and client relationship management
Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes in preclinical research and CRO environments
Proficient in in-vitro and in-vivo methodologies
Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Chinese; CRM/Salesforce familiarity a plus
