About the role
Datum Technologies Group is seeking an Insurance AI Solution Lead to drive AI-enabled products for insurance, from discovery through implementation. The role requires deep insurance domain knowledge and experience with GenAI/AI solution patterns, along with strong stakeholder management and technical collaboration skills.
What you’ll do
Translate insurance business problems into AI-enabled products and use cases
Guide use cases from discovery and prioritization through prototyping, validation, and implementation
Work with technical teams through delivery
Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders
Move between insurance business and solution-design conversations
Take AI use cases beyond PoC into business validation or production adoption
What you’ll need
8–12+ years of experience in Insurance/Financial Services
Strong understanding of insurance domains such as underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, policy administration, or portfolio management
Experience owning or shaping AI, analytics, data, or digital products/use cases
Working knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, and modern AI solution patterns
Exposure to cloud/data/AI ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Databricks
Experience taking AI use cases beyond PoC into business validation or production adoption
