Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering or backend development experience
Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kibana
Understanding of microservices architecture
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
