About the role
Supports the New York State OPWDD assessment program by conducting audits, training assessors, investigating complaints, and maintaining QA documentation to ensure quality and consistency.
What you’ll do
Conduct audits and quality reviews of assessments

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3+ years of Quality Assurance experience
1+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with OPWDD programs or Coordinated Assessment System preferred
Experience conducting audits, quality reviews, or internal observations preferred
