What you’ll do
Serve as expert on revenue cycle processes and technology solutions
Identify, develop, and execute process and technology improvements
Collaborate with departments and vendors to resolve revenue cycle issues
Support system setup, maintenance, upgrades, and data imports
Research patient accounts within systems and recreate outcomes
Project manage system rollouts, design and test enhancements
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration
5-8+ years in revenue management within healthcare, insurance, or government
System support, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing experience
Ability to develop training documentation and train end users
Knowledge of third-party payer contracts and reimbursement methodologies including MN and WI Medicaid
Knowledge of healthcare billing system functions, HIPAA, and PCI compliance
