About the role
Loenbro is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance HR technology applications, primarily the Greenhouse talent acquisition platform, while managing configuration, integrations, testing, and vendor coordination in partnership with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Support, maintain, and enhance HR technology applications
Configure and administer Greenhouse and its integrations
Develop and execute system testing plans and test cases
Manage application security, user roles, and access
Coordinate with software vendors and resolve system issues
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on technology improvements
What you’ll need
3-5+ years supporting HRIS, HR technology, or Talent Management systems
Experience configuring and administering HRIS or ATS applications
Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise Applicant Tracking System
Experience supporting application integrations and troubleshooting
Experience developing test plans, scenarios, and test cases
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
