About the role
Flight Centre Travel Group seeks a Senior Business Analyst to shape and scale its Post Booking Optimization program globally, using customer, market, vendor, operational, and financial analysis to drive investment and product decisions.
What you’ll do
Shape and scale the Post Booking Optimization program across global markets
Develop evidence-based recommendations on investment, partnerships, product development, and savings
Conduct customer, stakeholder, and vendor discovery activities
Assess vendors and partners based on capability, business fit, and integration requirements
Develop measurement methodologies and performance metrics
Write detailed requirements for technical teams
What you’ll need
5+ years' experience in business analysis, including complex and ambiguous problem-solving
Experience in corporate travel, travel technology, or related industry
Strong understanding of supplier commercial models, managed travel programs, and post-booking servicing
Knowledge of hotel and air content, negotiated and public rates, fare rules, and cancellation/change conditions
Strong analytical capability with large transactional datasets
Degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline preferred
