About the role
Integrated Medical Systems is hiring a Software Operations Manager to own the software delivery process across platforms, integrations, and data/reporting systems. The role establishes workflows, QA, release practices, and partner coordination while connecting support with development and embedding security and compliance.
What you’ll do
Own development process across software platforms, integrations, and reporting systems
Establish consistent workflows and quality controls
Manage release practices and delivery metrics
Coordinate with outsourced or offshore development partners
Connect support with development teams
Incorporate security and compliance into processes
What you’ll need
6+ years in software delivery, with at least 3 owning a development or release process
Experience running delivery in Jira or Azure DevOps
Working understanding of Git, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience keeping outsourced or offshore development partners on track and building QA/acceptance processes
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience (HIPAA, SOC 2)
Agile or ITIL certification, familiarity with .NET/Azure, Magento, or Epicor Prophet 21, and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
