About the role

What you’ll do
Administer, manage, and facilitate leadership development programs
Develop, evaluate, and improve customized learning solutions
Support leadership development initiatives across the enterprise
Partner with operational groups and talent development team members for program execution
Safeguard confidentiality of organizational strategy, associate data, and intellectual property
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in related area of study or equivalent experience
Technical skills with learning tools such as Zoom, Excel, Teams, Adobe Suite, Articulate 360, and Oracle LMS
Project and program management skills with strong attention to detail
Facilitation and instructional design experience, virtual and in-person
Adult learning and development experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional presence with ability to partner across the organization
