About the role
Exodigo is seeking a Program Manager to lead engineering-services client accounts, overseeing utility design and subsurface engineering project delivery while driving client growth. The role requires a Professional Engineer with significant public-sector experience, strong project-controls expertise, and design-build delivery knowledge.
What you’ll do
Serve as the primary contact for Exodigo's largest engineering-services clients
Own client success from delivery through commercial growth
Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering utility design and subsurface engineering work
Manage contract quality, schedule, and margin
Develop client relationships and drive follow-on business
Prepare proposals and present in client interviews
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in at least one US state, with ability to obtain comity licenses
10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years managing design or engineering-services contracts for clients
Public-sector client experience (state DOTs, transit agencies, airports, public utilities, or municipalities)
Proven record of growing and retaining large, complex client accounts
Working knowledge of utility design and coordination, subsurface utility engineering, project controls, and public-sector procurement/contract types
