About the role

What you’ll do
Design and build the software factory and internal agentic SRE product
Own CI, deployment, and infrastructure automation
Drive incident response and reliability systems
Set technical direction for build/deploy systems
Implement pipeline standardization, self-hosted runners, build caching, and progressive delivery
Define SLOs, clean up alerting, and turn incident follow-ups into system fixes
What you’ll need
8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Several years focused on infrastructure, platform, or developer experience
Deep hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in production
Fluency with Terraform and GitOps-style delivery (ArgoCD or similar)
Experience designing CI/CD at scale
Product mindset toward internal tooling and meaningful AI tooling integration
