About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations with at least two years of multi-site P&L ownership
Proven track record improving patient experience, operational efficiency, growth, and profitability
Experience working cross-functionally within matrixed organizations
Excellent executive communication, presentation, analytical, and strategy execution skills
Advanced degree (MBA/MHA) and dental/DSO experience preferred
