What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in organizational change management, consulting, or related fields
Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders
Understanding of OCM theories and models such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, and Lewin
Experience collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback and making recommendations
Experience with digital tools for stakeholder information, reports, and dashboards; ServiceNow experience preferred
