About the role
The Senior Analyst supports Builders FirstSource's SAP S/4HANA transformation by analyzing site performance and field feedback, developing recurring reports, and delivering insights and recommendations to drive program decisions and value realization.
What you’ll do

College degree required
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operational reporting
Experience building executive-level performance reports and KPI frameworks from operational data
Ability to pull and structure data independently
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures preferred
