Drive end-to-end delivery across the mission-critical loan servicing platform
Partner with Business, Operations, Technology, and risk/control stakeholders
Manage delivery performance and support adoption of new capabilities
Apply approved AI and automation capabilities to improve operational workflows
Manage complex dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
Execute operational management and change readiness activities
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in product delivery or equivalent domain expertise
Experience managing product or platform-wide release and deployment processes
Strong data literacy and ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations
Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and risks in a controlled environment
Direct experience in syndicated loan servicing and/or the Loan IQ lending platform
Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, and reporting dashboards
