What you’ll need
Production experience building services or user-facing applications, ideally on JVM or with React and TypeScript
Solid fundamentals in API design, data modeling, and schema evolution
Comfort working with ambiguity in a new team and product
Operational mindset with testing, monitoring, tracing, and ownership
Strong collaboration and communication with engineering, product, and operations
Ownership and drive from design through deployment and improvement
