About the role
The UX/UI Designer will own and lead UX efforts across product workstreams at a confidential education technology and publishing company, collaborating with product, research, and engineering teams to deliver accessible, human-centered web and mobile experiences. The contractor must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

What you’ll need
Legal authorization to work in the US and W2 without sponsorship
Portfolio demonstrating design work in web and mobile solutions
Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Product Design, Human Centered Design, or related field
7+ years of experience in product development, UX design, product design, creative, or marketing (minimum 5 years required)
Advanced knowledge of UX wireframe, visual design, and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Axure, Penpot)
Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility guidelines, and Agile environment; HCM domain experience preferred
