About the role
LTIMindtree is looking for a Senior Business Analyst in Jersey City, NJ to support wholesale lending initiatives. The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating QA/UAT and implementation, and advising stakeholders on risks, governance, and compliance.

What you’ll need
8-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
Proven diplomatic and analytical skills with superb written and verbal communication
Ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact
Technical skills in SQL and Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
Experience with wholesale credit risk, wholesale lending transactions, loan origination, and securitization (LoanIQ a plus)
