About the role

What you’ll do
Provide strategic direction and oversight of technology business risk and controls across data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies
Lead risk and control programs, regulatory and audit readiness, and issue remediation
Govern technology risk and responsible innovation initiatives
Advise senior leaders on technology risk and controls
Lead and develop a high-performing risk and controls team
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Information Security, Risk Management, Finance, or related field
10 years of progressive experience in technology risk, compliance, controls, audit, cybersecurity, or related disciplines in a highly regulated environment
4 years of direct people leadership experience, including managers or large teams
Executive-level knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational risk concepts
Experience with NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, FFIEC, and related control frameworks
Experience leading regulatory examinations, audits, issue management, and remediation programs
