About the role
Alta Resource Technologies seeks an IT & Productivity Lead to own the digital workplace, security posture, collaboration systems, and endpoint management, while leading CUI readiness under NIST SP 800-171 and ERP selection/implementation. What you’ll do
Own the digital workplace, collaboration systems, and endpoint management
Maintain security posture and access controls across productivity platforms
Lead readiness for handling CUI under NIST SP 800-171
Own ERP system selection and implementation
Administer identity, user lifecycle, and data retention/governance
Implement and govern AI features within productivity platforms
What you’ll need
6–8 years of progressive IT systems, digital workplace, and productivity administration
Strong hands-on administration of Google and Microsoft productivity systems at scale
Demonstrated endpoint management (MDM/UEM) and full user lifecycle ownership
Working familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 and CUI protection, or ability to become proficient quickly
Experience administering Slack, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Experience supporting or leading an ERP implementation or major business system rollout
