About the role

What you’ll do
Build ML tooling and infrastructure for experimentation, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Partner with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance
Design and implement production-quality machine learning systems
Develop automated prompt optimization and evaluation systems
Build model benchmarking frameworks and evaluation infrastructure for LLMs
Develop feedback loops incorporating human or expert evaluation into ML systems
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience
At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in ML engineering, software engineering, or data science engineering
Experience designing and implementing production-quality ML systems, tooling, or infrastructure
Experience with Python and modern software engineering practices
Demonstrated experience collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, Product, or cross-functional teams
Strong technical communication and ability to influence decisions through expertise
