About the role

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and drive strategic and operational technology initiatives across Technology Operations
• Manage portfolio priorities, plans, and execution
• Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and alignment
• Ensure governance and delivery outcomes across technology initiatives
• Manage outcomes, risks, dependencies, resources, and cross-team delivery commitments
• Support technology operations, infrastructure, resilience, disaster recovery, and platform services initiatives

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 8 years leading technology delivery or complex cross-functional initiatives in enterprise environments
• Demonstrated experience driving multiple concurrent initiatives across infrastructure, operations, resilience, cloud, platform, or other technology organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder alignment
• Proven ability to manage outcomes, risks, dependencies, resources, and cross-team delivery commitments
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
