What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in life science or engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years, in biotech/biopharmaceutical industry
Experience coordinating projects, timelines, or cross-functional work
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana) and strong spreadsheet skills
Hands-on or adjacent experience with cell engineering, cell line development, or process development/scale-up
Good verbal and written communication skills
Eagerness to learn and seek feedback
