About the role

What you’ll need
5–8 years in technical project management, technical account management, or customer-facing delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication, confidence in customer conversations, and strong organizational habits
Fluency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), security concepts, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO/IEC 27001
Proven record managing cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and competing priorities
Experience supporting customer security reviews, vendor due diligence, or audits at an enterprise SaaS or AI company
Familiarity with FedRAMP, regulated-industry customers, and deployment models; PMP or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
