About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
12+ years in engineering, laboratory informatics, healthcare technology, laboratory operations, or related industry
Experience leading complex software implementations, enterprise deployments, upgrades, or strategic customer initiatives
Deep knowledge of laboratory informatics workflows, healthcare technology ecosystems, systems integration, and regulated environments
Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical teams, leadership, and customer stakeholders
Experience advising cross-functional teams on technical, operational, compliance, and implementation risks
