About the role

What you’ll do
Lead architecture and development of the AI Security Gateway
Design scalable systems to route, transform, secure, and inspect API traffic across LLM providers and AI services
Drive technical strategy across engineering and product teams
Mentor engineers
Handle complex and ambiguous customer issues
Represent the company in external forums and industry events
What you’ll need
10-12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in architectural or technical leadership
Deep expertise in backend engineering using Golang or similar languages
Proven experience designing large-scale, secure, cloud-native systems
Expertise in high-throughput, low-latency systems including L3-L7 networking, API gateways, and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in on-prem or hybrid environments
Experience with LLM APIs, Generative AI platforms, and multi-provider orchestration
