About the role
Averro is looking for a remote contract HR M&A Generalist to support a large enterprise organization with HR activities related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and employer-code changes. The role focuses on project tracking, employee-data validation, post-go-live audits, and reporting coordination.
What you’ll do
Support HR work for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and employer-code changes
Track HR integration projects
Validate employee data
Conduct post-go-live audits
Coordinate reporting
What you’ll need
2+ years in Human Resources, HR Operations, or project coordination with confidential employee data
Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation
Proficient in PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or reorganizations
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as Oracle HCM and Power BI, Power Query, or Power Automate
