About the role
InComm Healthcare is hiring a Product Manager II to lead product strategy and delivery for client integrations, enrollment and eligibility, APIs, data exchange, and reporting that connect health plans, members, and partners. The role collaborates across teams to deliver scalable client solutions.
What you’ll do
Lead product strategy and delivery for client-facing platform capabilities
Manage APIs, integrations, data exchange, enrollment, eligibility, and reporting initiatives
Translate complex needs into clear priorities, roadmaps, and requirements
Define measurable outcomes and track success
Manage backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria with Agile delivery
Support compliance, privacy, security, and operational readiness
What you’ll need
3+ years in product management, technical product management, business analysis, or related field
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare, or related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience with B2B products, enterprise platforms, or client-facing technology solutions
Experience with Agile development, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and cross-functional delivery
Experience with APIs, integrations, data exchange, enrollment/benefit eligibility, reporting, or analytics for client-facing platforms
Healthcare technology or regulated-industry experience with privacy, security, compliance, and operational readiness
