About the role

What you’ll do

• Support design, development, and launch of an internal SharePoint intranet for oncology colleagues
• Gather stakeholder needs and synthesize feedback
• Organize and develop content for the intranet
• Configure and test the site
• Coordinate launch activities
• Support ongoing governance and improvement

What you’ll need

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in communications, information science, digital media, business, life sciences, public health, pharmacy, data science, human centered design, or related field
• Demonstrated interest in digital communication and workplace technology or the pharmaceutical industry and clinical development
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to gather requirements, synthesize feedback, solve problems, and work independently or collaboratively
• Comfort learning new digital tools, including Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience with SharePoint, intranet, information architecture, content management, usability testing, web analytics, accessibility, or design
