About the role
Datadog is looking for a Delivery Manager to own web work intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery across its Web Experience team. The role builds processes and roadmaps, coordinates cross-functional teams, and translates business needs into clear requirements to enable predictable delivery.
What you’ll do
Own and improve how web work is requested, prioritized, planned, and delivered
Coordinate cross-functional teams and build roadmaps, workflows, and processes
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and briefs
Enable designers, content creators, and engineers to execute independently
Communicate tradeoffs to senior stakeholders using business value and impact
Track, measure, and report on delivery progress accurately
What you’ll need
10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in product, delivery, or program management
Significant experience supporting creative, web, or digital teams
Experience building and scaling intake, prioritization, and delivery processes
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and briefs
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to navigate competing priorities
Hands-on experience with Jira, Figma, content management systems, and AI-assisted workflows
